In the Summer of 2016, we were approached by the owners of the Waterhall Farm estate, A stunning property surrounded by beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Newmarket, to work in partnership and redevelop the pool to run our swimming lessons there. Work went extremely efficiently from January 2017, and we were open in time for Easter!
As the pool building had fallen into a sad state of disrepair, we pledged a large sum of money to restore the pool, going so far as to surpass its former glory, installing several extra finishing touches to give it the feel of a luxury spa.
Full redecoration, new lighting (including underwater lights), underfloor heating, new changing rooms, refurbished toilets and showers were installed as standard, in addition to new doors, a whole new pool liner, hair dryers and a private car park with private access exclusively for ESA customers.
The end result was a tranquil and luxurious site for our customers to enjoy their lessons with no distractions with just 1 class of 3 students in at any time, we ensure a very personal service with no impact on the pool’s owners.
We started working with ESA months before the purchase of our new venture, together we planned and managed the full renovation of a very run down swimming pool.
ESA were extremely efficient and professional, working closely with us to ensure that the build quality and finish was of the highest standard , running the project as if it was their own building. The end result was a brand new swimming pool within 3 months and the ability as a family to use whenever we wanted, plus a reliable income stream from ESA.
We have found all staff at ESA fantastic and a joy to work with, they have always kept to their word, the projected income figures proved to be accurate over the two years that we have worked together.
