Since 2006, we have built successful partnerships with private pool owners, independent schools, farms, hotels, gyms and health clubs across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. Our model is proven, professional and carefully managed. We operate small, structured classes in calm environments, making us uniquely suited to private and non leisure centre venues.
Our partnerships are long term, well organised and commercially beneficial. We respect your facility and operate to clear schedules with minimal disruption. As we continue to expand, we are seeking additional high quality indoor pools within approximately 40 miles of Cambridge.

Hotels, Gyms and Private Members Clubs
Our premium model integrates seamlessly within high quality leisure environments. With a maximum of three swimmers per class and structured scheduling, our lessons are non intrusive and professionally delivered.
Partnering with us creates an additional income stream while enhancing your offering. Many venues also benefit from increased footfall and added value for existing members, without compromising their experience.
School Pools
We operate from multiple school pools outside of school hours and during school holidays, ensuring zero interference with the daily running of the school.
Our small class structure, safeguarding standards and professional operations make us a trusted external partner. We transform under utilised pool time into a consistent revenue stream while maintaining a calm, controlled environment aligned with your reputation.
In some cases, we have also invested in renovation and facility improvements in return for agreed usage terms.
Private Homes
If you own a high quality indoor pool with suitable access and parking, we may be able to create a substantial residual income for you.
We currently operate from several private residential pools between one and seven days per week. Our team manages scheduling, supervision and day to day operations professionally. In certain partnerships, we also assist with chemicals, maintenance and running costs, subject to agreement.
Our model is structured, respectful and designed to protect your privacy while generating consistent revenue.
Renovations and Investment Partnerships
If you have a pool that is dated, underused or in need of renovation, we are open to discussing collaborative investment opportunities.
