We are looking for committed, motivated individuals who care about teaching properly and take pride in measurable improvement.
An ASA or STA Level 2 qualification is desirable, but not essential. We can support the right candidate in gaining qualifications and training in the Elite methodology. What matters most is attitude, reliability and a desire to deliver structured, high quality lessons.
You must be confident working with children, able to communicate clearly with parents and committed to maintaining a calm, focused learning environment. Our reputation has been built on precision, professionalism and consistent standards across all pools.
