The Elite Standard
Only around 10% of applicants meet our strict selection criteria. We recruit with care, choosing individuals who share our drive for results and dedication to quality. Every coach is fully qualified, holds up-to-date DBS checks, and completes extensive internal training to meet the Elite Standard. Our team blends competitive swimming experience with advanced teaching expertise, delivering a level of instruction that few can match.
