My name is Yoshi Anderson, I’m 20 years old, I am a fun and enthusiastic person who has a passion for swimming. From a younger age I joined a club and competed in various competitions. witch then made me want to find a career in teaching

I would say one of my achievements would be becoming captain for my old swimming club, I passed my sport coaching qualification in college which really helped me to become more passionate for teaching younger minds. I started lifeguarding at the age of 16 till I was 19 I then thought it would be good to come to Cambridge to see what I could achieve; within a year I had progressed from a lifeguard to senior lifeguard to then becoming duty manager.

I started to work for ESA around 2017; I really liked the structure that ESA have as to other schools because of the pool’s we use and the set up with maximum of 3 children in a group, I enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities and want to help children progress and feel confident and safe in the water as it’s one of the most important life skills to learn.

All of our staff are trained to the highest standards
