These gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) are issued by Elite Swimming Academy Ltd (“we”, “us”) and can be used in accordance with the terms set out below. By using a Voucher, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Vouchers

• Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for most purchases with Elite Swimming Academy Ltd.

• Certain third-party products or services may not be purchased using Vouchers.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase. They cannot be redeemed via telephone, email, fax, or other remote means where the Voucher itself is not shown.

2. Value and Change

• No change will be given if the transaction total is less than the value of the Voucher.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

3. Expiry and Refunds

• Vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on the Voucher. After this date, Vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged.

• Refunds for goods or services purchased using a Voucher will be issued in the form of a Voucher, not cash.

4. Security and Replacement

• Vouchers are considered equivalent to cash. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Vouchers that are damaged or defaced may not be accepted.

5. Amendments and Withdrawal

• We reserve the right to change or amend these terms at any time without notice.

• We may withdraw Vouchers at any time for any reason. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure Vouchers can continue to be redeemed for a reasonable period after withdrawal.
