Drop-in Swimming Coaching Sessions
To get the most out of your swimming it is vital that you have the correct balance of both technique and fitness training. Our group coaching sessions will do just that. Our intensive swimming lessons for adults are a great way to improve your swimming technique, strength, stamina, speed and understanding with a small group of like-minded people. We never do the same session twice and each class is tailored to fit the abilities of the students. You will progress noticeably in all areas of your swimming in a very short space of time. Our world class swimming coach will focus on a different theme each week but if you have any specific goals or want to work on a particular technique, they are always happy to build them into the session for you.
Each session lasts for 45 minutes and consists of a perfect balance of technique, stamina and discussion both as a group and on a 1-2-1 basis.
As a minimum, you will be expected to swim a distance of 200m of continuous freestyle to participate in our group coaching sessions.
If you are unable to meet this requirement we also offer 1-2-1 private swimming lessons where we can work with you on an individual basis to achieve your goals.
10 Swim Card
A pay as you go (PAYG) swim card is available for regular swimmers giving you a discount on your swimming over ten sessions.
Please note – the card is for a named swimmer and is not transferable.
