“I’ve had the pleasure of working for Elite for 18 months now and thoroughly enjoy working with them, and the fantastic children I get to teach. What I enjoy most is the ability to focus on smaller group of kids (or adults) for a lesson, which allows me to tailor the teaching far more effectively, spend more time with each person observing, and feeding back quicker to help them progress. Another factor that helps this is having a dedicated pool and space unlike a large, noisy, shared public pool – I have everything I need without the distractions. I’ve found a healthy trust and respect to use my teaching methods within the ESA framework, and there’s a great office team to work with, who are respectful and welcoming of my views and feedback. Overall its a great team of people that all want the same thing – happy and capable swimmers! “
“Joining ESA was probably the best decision I ever made. All the colleagues’ and staff are one big family that are incredibly passionate about teaching swimming. I as a teacher have grown both in ability to teach but also as a personality. ESA are professional and care not only about the customers but also the staff, which is the best quality a company can have. Before starting work at ESA, I would go to work and would be excited to finish, I had lost my passion for teaching. However, after joining ESA, I am always excited to go to work and help the students achieve their goals. ESA create a wonderful homely but professional atmosphere, the company keeps the customers and the staff happy, and there is not a single negative comment I can make about ESA, I truly am very happy to be part of such an amazing team.”
