Teaching people to swim is an incredible thing to do. You can truly save lives by sharing your passion. Elite Swimming Academy is a team, and everyone who works with us has a key part to play in our team. We enjoy and celebrate the individual differences in people and promote an atmosphere that every person involved with us grows on a personal level.
We are looking for dedicated and driven people with a basic background in competitive swimming and a true passion for swimming. Although a teaching qualification (ASA or STA Level 2) would be extremely useful, we can give you the qualification you need in order to become a swimming teacher.
You should know how to relate to children and make lessons fun as well as constructive. We have a maximum of 3 students in a class and have a reputation for being one of the most prestigious swim schools in the region.
We encourage our teaching team to bring commitment, superb customer service skills and the highest quality teaching. In return, our team enjoy opportunities to develop their knowledge and expertise in teaching while doing what truly drives them – teaching other people to swim.
